When placing an order you agree to all of our terms and conditions set out in this document.
YOU MUST NOT RESELL ANY OF OUR PRODUCTS TO CUSTOMERS, WITHOUT FIRST USING IT TO CREATE A PRODUCT, DELIVERIES ARE TO BE MADE TO YOUR ACCOUNT ADDRESS ONLY, AND DROP-SHIPPING IS PROHIBITED AND WILL LEAD TO ACCOUNT REMOVAL.
No use, copying of text or design is allowed and everything on this site is the legal property of the owners and proprietors.
- As a B2B Wholesaler, All orders are exempt from the Distance Selling Regulations, this means you cannot return an order because you changed your mind.
- All items are made to order.
- Our products are designed to be used by adults only.
- None of our products is suitable for use by Children. If you market your finished product to be used by children, it is your responsibility to have the safety of the finished product CE/ UKCA tested to sell for use by children. This includes all products we sell, including but not limited to Bag Tags & PVC Cards.
- In no event shall we be held liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, or special consequential damages, to business, property or life, whatsoever arising out of or connected with the use or misuse of our products or service.
- No claims, representations or warranties, whether expressed or implied, are made by us as to the safety, reliability, durability and performance of any of our products.
- We accept no liability whatsoever for the safety, reliability, durability and performance of any of our products
- We accept no liability whatsoever for the loss of earnings due to order delays, damages and errors in processing.
Placing an order
Check all spelling and grammar, as we supply what you enter in the text box. If a design is supplied with a (&) we will supply it will this and not the word "and".
If you ask for changes to a design in any text box, these will not be honoured and the original design will be sent OR it will be removed from your order and the value credited to your account to be used from a future order.
Processing of Orders
We aim to process all orders within a timescale which is laid out on our turnaround information page. Click here to see it. The turnaround time is the time it will take us to make, pack & ship your order. This is EXCLUDING the time it takes Royal Mail to get it to you.
Custom designs may take considerably longer during seasonal times such as Christmas.
If an order has not yet arrived, we by default follow the terms and conditions set by Royal Mail. Which are as follows.
An Item will not be considered lost until 10 working days have past AFTER the date it was due to be delivered. A working day is a Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays.
Once 10 working days have passed please contact us where will raise a loss claim with Royal Mail, and only once the claim has been settled will we replace and resend an order.
For orders to the Republic of Ireland, Loss claims should not be submitted until after 20 working days after the due delivery date for items going to Europe and after 25 working days for Rest of the World.
While we always aim to ship orders within the turnaround time advertised, we may through no fault of our own run behind during peak seasons, please make sure you order in good time. Orders are shipped with the service YOU select. All of our Royal Mail services advise 1 working day. A working day is a Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays.
Out of Stock / Discontinued Items
We reserve the right to temporarily remove any item for sale on our website, and also to completely discontinue any item or design.
This may be caused by a problem with third parties, and therefore, there may be a delay from when the decision is made, to the item being removed from sale.
If you happen to purchase an item that we temporarily remove, or decide to discontinue, a store credit will be offered to the customer.
Debit & Credit Card Security
As we use PayPal & Stripe for our card payment methods, when placing an order with us you do not use our server, all communications relating to payment information is handled by PayPal/Stripe and their Secure Encrypted servers to ensure the payment information you provide is handled securely.
Guarantees, Refunds, and Returns
WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS OR RETURNS
ALL PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE
We offer a guarantee on all items supplied by us and we aim to make all of our customers happy. However, there may be times when items arrive damaged due to delivery. Customers must inform us within 2 days of delivery to receive a replacement order of that item. Items will be replaced at no cost to you once we received evidence of damaged goods. Evidence can be provided by returning the damaged items to us..
We use only genuine sublimation inks in a wide format sublimation printer and premium branded sublimation paper. We do not use 3rd party ink/paper or "converted" equipment. This ensures the prints we supply are the best quality available.
Due to the nature of sublimation and the different results between blanks and presses, we do not offer a warranty on the prints once pressed, should you have an issue before pressing with a spelling error or design issue please contact us. Poor results after pressing are down to the method, blank or press used.
We strongly recommend you use the best available blanks available, Unisub & Orca are good brands to look for in the blanks.
DTF (Direct-To-Film) Transfers
All DTF transfers must be pressed with a commercial clam or swing heat press following the guide found on our website, this will ensure they are transferred correctly and will also wash correctly.
We do not offer any warranty on transfers applied with any other equipment.
You cannot return any item due to a change of mind, all orders are final.
We will not be liable for the cost of postage for any returned items, however, if a new item is shipped out as a replacement, we will cover this charge.
Any missing/damaged/incorrect items from your order must be reported to us within 2 days of receipt of your parcel. Claims after that period will not be honoured.
All orders are checked by and signed off by two members of staff. Once an item is ticked as packed and highlighted then weighed we will not honour claims of any missing items.
You cannot cancel, amend, edit, change, or add notes to an order. We cannot remove single items from an order.
